Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

When we receive your order, we begin to make your product.  Items are typically ready to ship three business day after receiving an order.

That said, please allow up to seven business days for us to process your order, especially for large or customized items. Expect an email to let you know your order has been processed and is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

We operate without a brick and mortar storefront, so there is no in-store store pickup option.  

 
LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. A local delivery option may be available for addresses within a limited distance from our workplace.  If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

At this time we are trialing a once a week, free local delivery option to addresses very near our workshop in Victoria, MN.  If this option does not appear during checkout, this delivery option is currently not available.  If and when this option is available, orders placed before 5 PM central time on Tuesday during store hours will generally be delivered in the evening on the subsequent Thursday. Orders placed after that time will generally be delivered the following Thursday.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with updated delivery information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not currently offer international shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@trilliumcreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
